1 - A Custom Shipping Quote:
ScaffoldExpress.com will provide a personalized shipping quote on each and every order. Based on the weight, dimensions and location of your shipment. We will determine the best shipping method that will be the least costly and most efficient for your specific order. ScaffoldExpress.com will promptly contact you regarding the shipping charges for your confirmation before the order is processed. After we have confirmed the shipping cost with you, it will then be added to your invoice.

2 - In Store Pick-up
You may pick up your order and choose 'In-Store' Pick-up. We are located at 19902 Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd. in Tomball, Texas 77375.

3 - Old Dominion Freight Lines Estimated Shipping Rate
We now offer Estimated Shipping Rates based on general rates associated with your 'Ship To' state/destination and motor freight's average shipping cost. Orders over 50lbs. will display Old Dominion Freight Lines Estimated Shipping Rates. Orders less than 50lbs will require a Custom Shipping Quote. (These rates exclude aluminum decks, braces and other items with dimensional lengths greater than 36 inches.)

 

4 - FedEx Shipping
WARNING: Orders over 100lbs that are shipped FedEx may be shipped in multiple boxes, which may increase the likelihood of having part of your order go missing. Our customer service reps will contact you regarding other shipping options in the event that your order needs to be adjusted.

Redelivery Policy
Additional delivery charges will be assessed to have your freight redelivered.
Track your shipments online or call the 800 number to avoid this redelivery charge.
Delivery instances incurring charges from our shippers generally include:
~ Deliver to Another Address - Reroute the shipment to a new address
~ Reschedule Delivery - Hold the shipment for delivery on a future date
~ Return to Sender - Return the shipment to the shipper

An additional fee of at least $60 will be assessed on any orders needing redelivery by our shipper. Replacement of incorrect, damaged or defective parts are shipped standard LTL Common Carrier or UPS Ground service. Expedited shipping would require an additional charge.

5. Please be aware that if this material is to be delivered via freight, you will be responsible for both signing for and unloading the material from the truck. Double check your shipping address. If a change of the delivery address is requested after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for any charges from the carrier related to the address change.
